Pleased to meet you, I am Raluca, the person behind The Talent Builder. I come originally from Romania and I have been living in The Netherlands since 2016.
I graduated from The Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest in 2005 and I have been working ever since in corporate recruitment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and career counselling.
I am an adept of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as its principles focus on empowering people and teaching them how they can grow, develop new skills, discover their core values, and become the ones they wish to become. I have a practical approach because I believe that we grant more importance to the things that we can use and benefit from.
Throughout my programs I work mainly with practical plans, advice and guidelines which can be used on day-to-day situations.
On a more personal level, I enjoy hiking, swimming, exploring new cities, and cooking. I have a good sense of humor and I am quite informal, I always appreciate honesty and direct communication.
I am based in a small village in the Den Bosch area and I usually give the coaching sessions either in Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Utrecht or remote, via Teams or Zoom.
