What is coaching?

This is a complex program meant to help those who:

  • Have reached a plateau in their career development
  • Do not know how to reach their full potential 
  • Are unaware of their skills, advantages, potential risks and personal values
  • Would like to achieve more, but do not know where to start

How does it work?

This program combines career development with wellbeing practices, all tailored to your goals, pace, and lifestyle.


It’s structured in three simple phases: Introduction, Exploration, and Concrete Practice. 

1. Introduction — Setting Your Direction

A foundation phase designed to give you clarity and focus.

  • Build your personalized development roadmap

2. Exploration — Understanding What Drives You

We look deeper into your habits, motivations, and stressors.


What We Will Do

  • Identify what helps or blocks your growth
  • Explore stressors, motivators, and personal patterns
  • Clarify helpful vs. draining habits

  • Reflection prompts
  • Stress & energy mapping
  • Work‑style assessments
  • Mindset reframing
  • Micro‑break routines

3. Concrete Practice — Applying It in Real Life

This phase is all about practicing, adjusting, and integrating new skills and habits.

  • Work through real life and career situations
  • Practice new skills and wellbeing techniques
  • Adjust based on what works for you
