Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

What is CBT?

CBT is a goal-orientated psychotherapy method which works by understanding your own needs and addressing them in a structured, practical manner.

How does it work?

The 6‑session program is a focused, results‑driven path designed for people who seek change . 


This program is custom-made, and it is addressed for individuals seeking meaningful change and clear results within a short timeframe (usually between 6-8 weeks).

 
You will learn how to identify your automatic (negative) thoughts, evaluate cognitive distortions, and implement new healthy habits in your life.  


With clear goals, personalized guidance, and tools which you can use long after the program ends, this approach provides an accessible and empowering way to take control of your mental health and move forward with clarity and resilience. 


Because everyone has different goals, challenges, and motivations, the entire program is custom‑made for you. That means the content, focus areas, and pace are all shaped around what you need, making the experience personal, practical, and meaningful.
